Anxiety

 Lately, I have been having a lot of anxiety. It is common in recovery. I am managing by talking to staff, and being with my boyfriend a lot, he knows how to take care of me! I am doing OK, just generalized anxiety. Today, when I got anxious I noticed my 5 senses and was easily able to calm down! Journaling, praying, meditating and breathing all help as well with anxiety!
